Thank you for stopping by to see what I have to offer! My name is Megan Kathan and I have an interesting background of technology, business, and teaching. In 2016, I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Minnesota State University, Mankato with a Bachelor of Science in Academic and Behavior Strategy. To support my family and pay for school, I worked as a freelance account manager, a business consultant, and a customer service supervisor. After graduating I joined the world of teaching and discovered I was much happier using my educational knowledge and experiences to help adults, most recently supporting and education Dell EMC Storage Center and FluidFS (Formally known as Compellent Copilot Support). My career goal is to join and contribute a team that is passionate about their work, technology driven, and organized.

My college degree provides me with extensive knowledge on how to efficiently and effectively explain concepts to others. My academic and behavior strategy degree focuses on using research-based strategies to teach a wide variety of learners. This knowledge has definitely played into my success and customer satisfaction at Dell. It has also given me the ability to provide meaningful feedback and contributions that have enhanced training and training materials. 

Additionally, I have invaluable life experience from working the jobs I have, ranging from teaching, to virtual work, to sales, to supervising a call center, and finally supporting enterprise level storage. Qualifications that make me a great match for your company are that I am a lifelong learner who gains knowledge quickly, I am very tech-savvy and gain software and hardware knowledge rapidly, I am creative in life and in problem solving,  I work collaboratively and creatively with a team, I can naturally lead discussions and encourage and respect the input of others, I have a strong attention to detail and can proof and edit documents with ease, and I have outstanding organizational and time management skills in both office and remote working environments.
